Forum not notifying me of replies or comments

So when I set to watch a thread for new comments I don't get notifications all the time. Lately I've only seen the red notification mark for thread topics I created. But even then that doesn't always work.
The biggest problem I have is if I am following a thread conversation i don't get notifications of new posts or if someone replies to a post I made in replying to someone else.

It happened to me as well a while a back. It was because my gmail address somehow bounced back some emails and I think the forum put the email in some kind of blocked list. (Not sure on the specifics really.) I did send my email address to @chocolatkey and he did solve the issue for me. Can't say for sure if you're having the same issue though.
