What EPUB program do most J-Club members use when downloading premium ebooks?

I mostly use native OS apps, iBooks for IOS devices, and Google Play Books for Android devices.
They are simple, and they get the job done.

I use ReadEra, I like it because it's easy to use but with a lot of options on the book management part, unfortunately, it's still missing a proper dictionary and translation functions.
Before that, I was using Google book but while the reader itself is pretty good the app isn't, especially when you start to have a lot of books since you can't really sort them.
On PC I'm pretty sure almost everyone is using Calibre, there isn't much competition. -
I use Moon+ Reader Pro on my Android phone or use Calibre on the PC to put it on my Kindle E-reader.

Sumatra PDF on my PC. Librera (f-droid version) on my phone. Koreader on my ereader. Using different apps because it's suited to each different device's use case. For the most part, I like readers that give me ample control regarding the choice of font and line spacing.
Calibre is used by many, but no matter how many times I try it out, I just can't like the interface, and I don't care about having it organise my books for me. For academic books, Zotero is more useful anyway, and for fiction I'd rather do it manually.

iBooks on my iPad pro is my go to eBook reader. It does everything i need and has a nice reading interface.
I do keep a copy of some of my books in Calibre on PC as i started using it to manage books back in the early days when it was used for syncing collections with iOS. Now i just use it to rename a few pesky titles that don't order correctly and for the search function when referencing/quoting books I've already read but all my reading is done on the iPad.

I'll throw in another vouch for Moon+ Reader Pro on Android. I use that on my tablet and it's actually nicer than the Kindle app in a lot of ways.

I store all my ebooks on my server, where I run an instance of ubooquity in a docker container. I also use that as the storehouse for all my comics and manga. When reading on PC, I just connect to that via browser.
For my phone and tablet, I use Marvin for ebooks and Comic Zeal for comics/manga. Both can browse straight to my ubooquity server and download with a click.

I use MuPDF on the Kindle Fire tablet. It is open source software available from FDroid.

I upload all my ebooks to Google Drive, and only have a few in my Google Play Books library at any one time.
Play Books lets you read online from a browser on any device without downloading the book, and saves place between devices, so it is far and away the best choice for me. You can also add epubs straight from your Drive, so you don't have to download then upload something to add it to your library. I like its read aloud function as well. It's organizational abilities are really lacking, though, so I don't keep everything I own in there, just what I'm currently reading or may read in the near future.
