Problem accessing members area in forums

Hi, I have a regular membership but I am getting "Access Denied" when viewing topics for the Bookworm members area.
When I first logged into a J-Novel account I used my Google login but there was a problem accessing the forums member area. I tried creating a new account in the J-Novel website and received an "Internal Error" when trying to validate the email address so I couldn't use that option to gain access to the forums.
