Too my knowledge there is no way to 100% remove a payment method from the site, try sending an email to support@j-novel.club

yea I have sent an email to them just waiting for them to reply usually how long does it take them to reply ?

At one point I let my membership expire (by cancelling renewal), and it seemed the payment method was removed once the subscription actually expired, as I had to re-enter my credit card info when resubscribing.
