I think we are past the possibility of moderator-based enforcement for this issue. My intent was to see whether some compromise would be possible to improve forum user engagement through the adoption of reasonable voluntary measures. I don't think mini scenarios, regardless of character originality, will (or should) be going anywhere. But there is other content that is less integral to the discussion thread that could be spoiler tagged or placed in another thread. For example, I don't do original character work, but I do usually do a story for Prediction Time. I think putting it behind a spoiler tag is a good enough signal that the content within can be safely skipped if one is worried about distraction or confusion. However, if ~20+ forum users spoke up about this kind of content should all be moved to a Prediction thread instead, I would not mind doing it. So far, it does not look like enough people are coming forward to justify a change in the status quo.
