It's been a while since I've read it but I just want to mention the Great sage skill in Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken.

I find one of the most interesting cheats is actually just superior knowledge. This is a common thing but is only done really well in a few cases and even when used in a significant or interesting way it usually leaves something to be desired in terms of realism. That said, it is the knowledge and perspective from the previous world that sets isekai apart from a general fantasy OP story. Zipang is perhaps one of the best examples of using superior knowledge in a well thought through way, although one might argue that it is not a true Isekai. Realistic Hero majors in it and that greatly improves the story, but it certainly uses it in a very cheaty way.

The Save / Load "cheat" I mentioned earlier, I found the LN I was actually thinking about. It is on Syosetu. It has a manga adaptation on Bookwalker too.

The other WN mentions the possibility of taking lecherous action before the dude decides he's too kind to do that, but this LN / manga protag actually does cross that line. I don't know how I feel about that (kind of hoping he suffers karmically really badly later in this story for his actions). xC
